Behind the Cart

Hi, I’m Kenzie—mom of three (yes, under three), longtime host, and the kind of person who never throws a party without a charcuterie board. I live in New Albany, Ohio with my husband, our kids, and our very patient dog. By day, I’ve spent the past five years as the COO of a law firm, but I’ve always had a thing for bringing people together over good food.

This little cart started as a daydream: a way to bring people together around beautiful food without the formality of a sit-down dinner or the mess of a buffet. I love the art of a well-balanced bite and a perfectly arranged board.

Prosciutto and Wheels is about joy, quality, and a little bit of flair. I’m so glad you’re here—and I can’t wait to bring the board to you.
